WeSki is a company that enables skiers to build a complete, personalized, ski trip package including flights, accommodation, transport, equipment hire, and more. It is designed for group travel, with each group member being able to pay separately for their own custom options within the main package.

I was part of a team of five volunteer UX writers who created a new content style guide and made content revisions.

We identified that one of WeSki’s main USPs was that each member of a group could customize their own trip options and then pay only for their own costs with a built-in split cost processor. However, ****in the trip flow, we discovered that both the payment and customization processes were potentially confusing. Many of our suggestions focused on making these elements clearer and drawing more attention to the benefits of these features. We felt that this would lead more users to the checkout stage, a key project objective.
